The Friends was founded in 2002 by the late capt Bill  Smith  to  raise money to  look  after the fabric of the CHURCH which there are 7 Trustees. Fundraising is normally done by Social  events  ie  Songs of Praise, a Gardens Evening, an Auction and Dinner and a Recent Wine cheese and history evening in the Church.
